Name Badges, ADX app and lead tracking

NAME BADGES will be provided at ADX Brisbane:

Your stand co-ordinator will be required to register all exhibitor staff via a link that will be provided via email approximately 2 weeks prior to ADX Brisbane.
Name badges will be available from the Registration desk outside Exhibition Halls on Wednesday 19 March between 12.00pm and 5.00pm.

REGISTERING ADDITIONAL STAFF

To register additional staff, you can:

register them onsite at one of the terminals in the foyer, which will print out a name badge; or
staff can download the ADX Brisbane app and register themselves as an exhibitor in the app. Using the QR code generated by the app they can then print out their name badge at one of the terminals

ADX APP

The ADX Brisbane app will be available via the app store and Google play store. You will need to download this app FIRST before you download the lead tracking app. The login details will be sent out from ADIA via email. Alternatively, you can use the register link at the bottom of the app homepage.

The app has a number of features including:

Exhibitor list
Sponsor list
Floor plan
CPD and Learning Lab sessions
Speaker information

LEAD TRACKING will be available at ADX Brisbane

Your stand co-ordinator will be provided with link/s for your stand/s to track leads.

Using your own device, exhibitors can scan attendee badges, access profile info, save, manage and export your own leads.

Your exhibition stand co-ordinator will have supplied team member details to ADIA including email addresses. Each team member will be sent an email 3-4 days prior to ADX with instructions on how to download the ADX Brisbane app, the lead tracking app and instructions on how to use the lead tracking software.
