GEL Events has been appointed the official logistics provider and onsite handling agent for ADX Brisbane.

GEL Events services include:

Domestic transport port services (Door to stand and reverse logistics) for all exhibitor and contractors (Including sensitive freight services)
Advance delivery warehouse solution (Pre & Post show)
International freight forwarding through our global network
Customs & Quarantine clearance services
Onsite materials handling (Unloading/loading services, storage of packing materials, labour assistance)

STORAGE:

There is storage available in the Exhibition Hall for large storage e.g. for giveaway giveaway bags. To book space in this storage area please contact GEL Events. Ideally Exhibitors are encouraged to store smaller items on their stand.

Please note that the storage area is not secure and is publicly accessible by all exhibitors.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

When booking freight, the event is using Exhibition Halls 3 & 4
If using your own transport company you need to be present at time of delivery to sign for your goods or advise your transport company 'The authority to leave'
ADIA, GEL Events or BCEC cannot sign on your behalf.
Please ensure that a delivery/collection time slot is requested from GEL Events for direct delivery to venue to obtain loading dock access.
